Trading futures, options, and derivatives involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You could lose more than your initial investment. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you.

AlertSyncer provides automated trading software ("middleware") that connects third-party platforms (TradingView and Tradovate). We are not a broker, financial advisor, or investment manager. We do not provide investment advice or recommendations.

Hypothetical Performance: Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations, some of which are described below. No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particular trading program.

Software Failure Risk: Automated trading systems are subject to technical failures, internet connectivity issues, and software bugs. AlertSyncer is not responsible for any losses incurred due to technical failures of our software, third-party APIs, or your internet connection.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using AlertSyncer ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

AlertSyncer is a web-based application that allows users to automate trading strategies by receiving webhook alerts from TradingView and executing corresponding orders on the Tradovate platform via API. The Service provides tools for monitoring, managing, and analyzing these automated activities.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

3. User Registration and Security

You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current and complete information about you as may be prompted by any registration forms on the Site ("Registration Data"); (b) maintain the security of your password and identification; (c) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data, and any other information you provide to Company, to keep it accurate, current and complete; and (d) be fully responsible for all use of your account and for any actions that take place using your account.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Service acts as a paid subscription platform. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your subscription. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We use third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe, Whop) and do not store your full credit card information.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any local, state, national, or international law or regulation.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the Service.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, user accounts, or computer systems.
  • Use the Service for high-frequency trading (HFT) or activities that impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure.

6. Third-Party Services

Our Service depends on the availability and functionality of third-party services, specifically TradingView and Tradovate. We are not responsible for any issues, downtime, or changes in service from these third parties that may affect the functionality of AlertSyncer. You are responsible for maintaining your own accounts and compliance with these third-party services.

7. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL ALERTSYNCER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM ANY (I) ERRORS, MISTAKES, OR INACCURACIES OF CONTENT, (II) PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, OF ANY NATURE WHATSOEVER, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO AND USE OF OUR SERVICE, (III) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SECURE SERVERS AND/OR ANY AND ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION AND/OR FINANCIAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN, (IV) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM OUR SERVICE, AND/OR (V) ANY FINANCIAL LOSSES INCURRED THROUGH TRADING ACTIVITIES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE COMPANY IS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
